            <title>Culinary Camp - June 23 - 26, 2008 - Monday 06/23/08</title>

            <description>Arizona Culinary Institute is welcoming aspiring culinarians between the ages of 16 and 20 to participate in “Culinary Camp.” This camp caters to serious students who are passionate about cooking and want to learn at a collegiate level. Our program is designed to give students a basic yet thorough overview of the Culinary Arts with a curriculum that includes saucier, knife cuts, sanitation, doughs, and chocolate techniques. In addition to the instruction of two of our finest Chefs, students will also receive a Chef’s coat, Chef’s hat, apron, ACI T-shirt, and a three piece knife kit. 
Applicants should have a love of food, but do not need to have culinary experience. Students are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register early to ensure your space in the kitchen- enrollments are limited to 30 students to ensure personalized attention. ACI Culinary Campers will spend their entire day in one of our five professional kitchens so come prepared to play with food!
