Our program is designed to give students a basic yet thorough overview of the Culinary Arts with a curriculum that includes saucier, knife cuts, sanitation, doughs, and chocolate techniques. In addition to the instruction of two of our finest Chefs, students will also receive a Chef’s coat, Chef’s hat, apron, ACI T-shirt, and a three piece knife kit. Applicants should have a love of food, but do not need to have culinary experience. Students are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register early to ensure your space in the kitchen- enrollments are limited to 30 students to ensure personalized attention.
