The du Jour Experience
Although du Jour is open to the public, its overriding mission is to teach our students how to operate in a professional restaurant environment. Students benefit by learning every position under the guidance of our Chef Instructors. Students are encouraged to dine at du Jour and are entitled to a 50% discount on all food items. The du Jour experience is one of the most meaningful and memorable at the Arizona Culinary Institute.
Dining at the du Jour Restaurant
Restaurant-goers who are interested in dining at du Jour restaurant are invited to do so. Our dining room is open for lunch Monday through Friday with seating times starting at 11:30 am. Menus change daily and prices generally range from $13 to $19, which includes your choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert. Coffee or tea are also included. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling ACI at (480) 603-1066.
Gift certificates to du Jour Restaurant are available and make the perfect gift for any occasion. Our gift certificates can be purchased by visiting Arizona Culinary Institute or by calling (480) 603-1066.
