    Monday 05/26/08 ACI will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. Have a safe and happy holiday!

  • Evening service at du Jour Restaurant

    Thursday 05/29/08 6:00 PM ACI's du Jour Restaurant will be open for dinner service this evening. Our advanced students are looking forward to serving their Valley customers a refined dinner menu with seating times starting at 6:00pm. Our four course seasonal menu is being developed by Chef Instructors and students. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 603-1066. (Please note: We will not be serving lunch on this day)

  • Graduation Ceremony

    Friday 06/06/08 2:00 PM ACI's graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, June 6, 2008 at Desert Mountain High School at 2:00pm. Champagne reception to follow at Arizona Culinary Institute.
